BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

Please note that we only see patients registered to one of our member physicians and we are not accepting any new patients.

We book for same-day appointments only. Appointments are first come first served so we recommend calling as soon as the phone lines open (5:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am on weekends and holidays).

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to complete registration and check-in.

Make sure that you bring your health card and a list of medications to your appointment.

We have a zero tolerance policy for any disrespectful or aggressive behaviour towards our staff, doctors, and other patients. Any individuals displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave and will be prohibited from accessing the clinic in the future.
